How it works
Exactly how your callout works
Three steps, complete transparency: from the assessment over the phone to the job on site and the documented follow-up check.
How a callout works
1
Call & no-obligation assessment
You describe the situation on the phone; we assess the work and the approach, with no obligation.
2
Callout usually the same day
In full protective gear we remove the nest properly — quickly and discreetly.
3
Job report & guarantee
You receive a documented report. If anything remains, we come back at no extra cost.
Every step in detail
1
Your call and a free assessment
- Tell us briefly where the nest is (roller shutter box, roof, wall, in the ground, balcony, tree) and how long you have been noticing it.
- A photo sent through our upload form or by email helps us judge the species and size far more accurately.
- We give you a fixed price and a realistic appointment over the phone — usually the same day.
2
The job, usually the same day
- Our specialist arrives in full protective equipment and takes a final look at the situation on site.
- Depending on the species and the location, we relocate the nest, remove it mechanically or use another appropriate method.
- We work discreetly — usually without neighbours or passers-by noticing a thing.
3
Job report and guarantee
- You receive a job report to SN EN 16636 — documented, traceable and suitable for property managers and insurers.
- In the rare event that some activity remains, we come back for a follow-up check free of charge under our guarantee.
- You pay exactly the fixed price agreed on the phone — no surcharges added afterwards.
What you can prepare
A few simple things on your side make the job faster and safer for everyone.
- Keep the access route and the approach to the nest as clear as possible (garden gate, balcony door and so on).
- Keep pets and children indoors or at a safe distance while we work.
- Keep windows near the nest closed until the job is finished.
- For ground nests: mark the spot so that nobody walks over it by accident.
