• Details of the reported nest (location, species, photos where provided)
• Technical data collected when you visit the website (e.g. server log files)

3. Purpose of processing

We process your personal data in order to respond to enquiries, to plan and carry out jobs, for invoicing, and to meet statutory documentation requirements (e.g. job records under SN EN 16636, the European standard for pest management services).

4. Data from the contact form

When you use our contact form, we pass the details you enter (name, postcode/town, location of the nest, phone number, message) on to our team so that we can deal with your enquiry. The technical transmission is handled by an external service provider, which we will name here as soon as the form has been connected technically.

5. Retention period

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out above or to comply with statutory retention obligations (e.g. in accounting).

6. Rights of data subjects

Under the revised DSG you have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you, as well as its correction, deletion, the restriction of processing, or its release to you (data portability). You may also object to processing to the extent permitted by law.

Your data is only disclosed to third parties where this is necessary in order to provide our service (e.g. to technical service providers handling form submissions) or where we are legally obliged to do so.
