Can you come out today?
In most cases, yes — if you call in the morning we are often on site the same day. We confirm exact availability on the phone.
What does removal cost?
After a brief assessment over the phone we quote you a fixed price before we set off. That way there are no hidden costs.
Are hornets protected in Switzerland?
The European hornet is not protected by law in Switzerland, but it is beneficial and far shyer than its reputation suggests. Where possible we relocate the nest rather than destroy it. The Asian hornet is a notifiable species — we handle those cases properly.
Can I remove the nest myself?
We advise against it. Without protective equipment and expertise the risk of stings and allergic reactions is high. A licensed professional works safely and gets rid of the problem for good.
